Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of Skillz Bands handmade headbands and pouches. Orders are arranged directly with the seller through Instagram; this website does not take payment or process orders itself.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights that consumer law gives you. Where any clause conflicts with a non-waivable consumer protection, that protection prevails.

This is an occasional private sale. The seller has no VAT number (P.IVA) and does not issue VAT invoices.

The products

Every band is handmade and hand-finished from denim and patterned fabrics. Because each piece is made by hand, the exact colour, print placement, and finish may vary slightly from the photos. This is a characteristic of handmade goods, not a defect, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

Prices are shown in euro (€) and are final. As an occasional private seller without a VAT number, no VAT is applied or shown separately.

Shipping is not included in the product price and is confirmed before you pay (see Shipping).

How to order

There is no cart or checkout on this website. To order:

  • You send a direct message on Instagram with the name of the band you want.
  • We confirm it is still in stock and give you the final price including shipping to your country.
  • You arrange payment directly with us using the method we agree.
  • We confirm the order and ship it.

A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order after payment is arranged. We may decline an order if an item is no longer available.

Payment

Payment is not collected on this website. It is arranged directly between you and the seller when you order, using the method agreed in the Instagram conversation. We never ask for card details through this site.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from Italy worldwide. Cost and delivery time depend on the destination and are confirmed before you pay.

Within Europe, shipping is typically around €15 and delivery takes roughly 5–10 working days. For other destinations the cost and time are quoted before payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or by customs. Any import duties or taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Right of withdrawal

Where you buy as a consumer and the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email eloskillzbands@gmail.com within that period and return the item, in its original condition, to the seller’s address above.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same arrangement as the original payment where possible.

Legal guarantee of conformity

If you buy as a consumer, your purchase is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.

The small natural variations of a handmade product, described above, are not defects and do not limit this guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows.
