Right of withdrawal

Where you buy as a consumer and the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

• Email eloskillzbands@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, telling us you want to withdraw and which order it concerns.
• Send the item back, in its original and unused condition, to: Elhosain Halili, Vicolo Primo delle Coste 17, 10074 Lanzo Torinese (TO), Italy.
• Keep your proof of postage until the refund is complete.

Return shipping cost

The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we refund the price you paid within 14 days, using the same payment arrangement as the original order where possible.

Handmade variation

Each band is handmade, so small differences in colour, print, and finish from the photos are normal and are not considered defects. This does not affect your right of withdrawal or the legal guarantee of conformity for genuine faults.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact eloskillzbands@gmail.com as soon as possible. You are entitled to the remedies set out in the legal guarantee of conformity, and we pay the return shipping in those cases.
